It would be helpful if you'd name the pages with the story title instead of just a number. The archive would then be like an index to help readers find/follow a story to read.

HABE>> Because we have so many pages it is faster to name it by page number than typing a heading for every single page (we use the multiple page uploader). For easier access to a particular story, that's what the Table of Contents is for~ ToC is usually the second page in the issue, and as much as possible, the page number on the ToC matches the number on the name of the file ;D

To apply for this, if we don't have enough pages to show off on SJ but the story itself is being remade, can we still show the old pages for the application? If that's not good enough, can we show the pages of the story we want to turn in? I'm still a little lost with what the forum wants..

Inxerene>> Although it is preferred the 20 pages sample is to be taken from the story you want to submit, it can actually be samples of any manga pages you have made, as long as it is in the same style as the manga you are planning to submit. It does not matter whether the pages are old or new (usually people submit newer pages because they are nicer obviously). You can show any pages as long as they are manga pages (and not just character designs, concept art etc...).

Please feel free to ask if you have further questions.

Here's the thing though: I have a comic I can show that's actually 50 pages long but all those pages are old and I'm remaking the story as the story has 8 new pages replacing the old. I do have other stories so I'll grab as many of last year's drawings (and the few from 2012) and send them through my application. Also I have a question. Can the comic in any submission be in color or do they ALL have to be black and white?

Inxerene>> The manga submission can be in colour or B&W. We don't have any restrictions as long as it fits the page size and number requirement. You can send in an application whenever you are ready. Your samples will be looked over by the mangaka on our team and you will be accepted if they like your work. And the good thing is you can always reapply after improvement if you don't get in the first try~ ;D

I really like this style that you have going! I also like that it reminds me of a lot of arina tanemura, I just love that romance feel that comes from style's like this. <3 ( I hope that comaring you're style to another's wasn't an insult. ;_; )
